Annie's Bio

Annie is founder of Leading Better Together, working with leaders to navigate the complexities in relationships and cultivate healthy teams through strategic conversations. She is also host of Lead Your Leaders: A podcast to get the team you’ve always wanted where she and her guests answer questions submitted by leaders and listeners. She leverages over 20 years of ministry and nonprofit experience as she guides leaders through the people challenges that sidetrack ministry. She holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Change Leadership, is a Certified Leadership Coach and certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator practitioner.
